1. Clerical Cadre Posts
Pay Scale: Rs.7200- 400/ 3- 8400- 500/ 3- 9900- 600/ 4- 12300- 700/ 7- 17200- 1300/ 1- 18500- 800/ 1- 19300.
Age limit: (as on 1 April 2014)
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 26 years
Educational Qualifications: Class 10 pass or equivalent.
Sports Eligibility: Outstanding Sportspersons (Volley Ball player), should have represented the State in National event, or the District in State Level event with distinction, or his University in an Inter- university event with Distinction or if he was a member of the Combined Universities Team.
Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of candidate’s merit in the sport/ game concerned and their performance in the Interview. Only short-listed candidates, as per merit, will be called for an Interview.
Selected sports-persons will be on probation for a period of six months.
Appointed sports-persons would be obliged to play for the Banks’ team as and when required.
At the time of appointment, candidate must be an active sportsman and should be fit enough to take part in the future tournaments.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates (players) should send their applications in the prescribed format, along with self-attested copies of all relevant documents through ordinary post to ‘The Chief Manager, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Personnel Administration Department, Head Office, Tilak Marg, Jaipur’ so as to reach the concerned authority latest by 31 May 2014.
On the envelope containing the application, candidates should super-scribe “Recruitment of Outstanding Sportspersons.”
NOTE: The Bank will not consider recruitment for those sports-persons who are already working in some other bank unless the application is routed through the employer Bank.
